What is SoldX?

Who can use SoldX?
SoldX is designed for people selling a completed renovation or development project who want to manage the selling campaign themselves.
Do I need to pay to create a profile?
No payment is required to create your basic SoldX profile. Available listing packages and optional services will be clearly shown before you publish a property campaign.
What happens after I create my profile?
You will move to the property information form. This will ask for more details about the property, the renovation, its features, your expected completion date and your selling plans.
Does my renovation need to be finished before I register?
No. You can create your profile and add the property while work is still underway. Your campaign does not need to be published until the property and its legal documents are ready.
Will SoldX prepare my sale contract?
Contracts, disclosure statements and other legal documents should be prepared or approved by your solicitor or conveyancer. SoldX will help you store and provide approved documents to interested buyers.
Can I use my existing photographer or other suppliers?
Yes. The platform should allow you to use your own completed marketing materials or select from available professional services.
