SoldX provides access to Australia's leading property portals, including realestate.com.au and Domain, along with additional platforms available through your selected campaign. Premium advertising upgrades are also available to help increase your property's exposure.

Do I have to conduct inspections and deal with buyers myself?

Not necessarily. SoldX offers different levels of support depending on how involved you want to be. You can manage inspections and buyer enquiries yourself using our platform or access additional professional assistance.

With our Partner Service, you can add a Licensed Agent Inspection Package for $1,995, covering up to 10 inspections conducted by a licensed real estate agent in your state.

Who negotiates with buyers and manages offers?

You remain in control of the final decision. SoldX provides tools to organise buyer enquiries, track offers and manage communications. Depending on your selected package, additional professional assistance may be available to support buyer communication and negotiations.

Are there any hidden fees or commissions?

SoldX is designed to offer transparent pricing, with services and optional upgrades clearly outlined before purchase. Additional costs may apply if you choose premium advertising, professional inspections or other marketing services. Any applicable fees and terms for Pay at Settlement will also be disclosed before proceeding.

Can I upgrade my advertising to attract more buyers?

Yes. You can upgrade your realestate.com.au or Domain advertising, including options such as Domain Platinum EDGE. Depending on location and eligibility, premium packages may offer increased listing exposure, professional photography, floorplans, 3D tours and targeted digital advertising. Pricing and inclusions vary by property.

Is selling through SoldX legally compliant, and who handles the contract?

SoldX provides property marketing, campaign management tools and applicable professional support. Your solicitor or conveyancer prepares or approves the Contract of Sale, required disclosure documents and manages the legal settlement process.

SoldX does not replace your solicitor or conveyancer, and you should obtain independent legal advice regarding your sale.

What happens if my property doesn't sell?

You remain in control of your selling decisions. You can review buyer interest, pricing and campaign performance, and consider adjustments to your marketing strategy. Any changes, extensions or additional advertising costs will depend on your selected package and the applicable service terms.
